For as long as I can remember, I’ve been overweight…About 6 weeks ago, I got to a point where I was in tears in frustration – I was ALWAYS tired, no matter how much sleep I got I couldn’t concentrate, I couldn’t make any real progress on projects, and found it difficult to even muster up the energy to play with my kids.
